Daily movement is an essential part of self-care. We go live on FACEBOOK Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 12:00 PM, Tuesday & Thursday at 9:30 AM. Our movement classes are a mix of Yoga, Pilates, Strength training, Barre and cardio. We take a mindfulness approach and always include guided meditation and breathwork.
